What is Audio Online Outlet's Refund or Exchange Policy?
Uninstalled/Unopened products purchased from Audio Online Outlet may be returned within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly make arrangements with you for a refund or exchange. However, all items opened and/or returned for a refund are subject up to a 25% restocking fee for small parts and 15% for audio equipment at our discretion(less shipping and handling). All items returned for an exchange will not be subject to any restocking fee. Items that are defective are not subject to any restocking fee and may be refunded less shipping or exchanged with return freight paid by Audio Online Outlet.
All items returned for refund must not have been installed. The items must be returned, with original box, in new resaleable condition (owner manuels, no scuff marks, scratches, dents, cut wire harness, etc.). We will not accept returned items that have been "test driven". To receive a refund or exchange please E-Mail us to let us know that you would like to return a product. Within 2-business days we will contact you to give you an RA# (return authorization)and a return address (where we prefer you ship the product).
The Product I Just Received is Defective, What Should I Do?
If you receive a defective product. Promptly E-Mail us explaining the problem. We will then give you instructions on what to do with the defective item. Most all products we sell have an over the counter exchange if the item is still available. If the item is not available for over the counter exchange we will prompt you to send the item for repair to an authorized repair center implementing the manufacture warranty. Being proffessional installers we know there are times when the unit refuses to cooperate .It is our obligation to do our best to make your shopping experience with Audio Online Outlet as convenient as possible.
How safe is it to use my credit card to purchase products Online?
All credit card transactions go through our Secure Server (SSL encrypted). In fact it is safer to purchase products online compared to purchases made at a department store using your credit card. Consider when you purchase products at a department store all your written credit card information is on paper for all to grab hold of. Cashiers, sales persons, store managers etc. Thus fraudalent access is more obtainable when on paper opposed to trying to intercept it while in transit via internet. It is simply to hi-tech and inefficient for most criminals. Your credit card company will back you up in the unlikely hood of such an occurance.

What if I don't find a certain model, could I custom order?
Just E-Mail describing the part you need. Please note, small parts (such as the products wire harness, Din Cables, baskets, etc.) may not be refunded or exchanged.
