EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
If an uninstalled product purchased from Audio Online Outlet needs to be returned, we ask it be within 30 days. We will gladly make arrangements with you for a refund or exchange. However, all items returned for a refund are subject up to a 25% restocking fee for small parts orders and a 15% for equipment orders at our discretion and less shipping and handling. All items returned for an exchange will not be subject to any restocking fee. Items that are defective are not subject to any restocking fee and may be refunded less shipping or exchanged with return freight paid by Audio Online Outlet.
All items returned for exchange or refund must not have been installed. The items must be returned, with original box, in new resaleable condition (owner manuels, no scuff marks, scratches, dents, cut wire harness, etc.). We will not accept returned items that have been "test driven".
Product Warrantees
All products sold by Audio Online Outlet come with the Manufactures warranty.
The complete warranty information is included with each product. The manufacture covers repairs or replacement of defective parts subject to the conditions and discretion of the manufacture. If a product becomes defective and was not subject to abuse within 60-Days of purchasing we will gladly replace it with a new one, unless the product is no longer available. After the 60-Day period excecute the products manufacturer warranty.
